After a long haitus on WordPress, I decided to start posting here again. They’ve added quite a bit of features since the last time I was on here. I’m really liking it.
Eventually, I’ll have this blog integrated with my website’s homepage, but I haven’t figured out the advanced coding involved. Once that happens, though, I will probably celebrate with a steak or something of the sort. It’s been a pain so far, so why not?
I’ve finally found an internship that is beginning on May 7th in Nashville. I will be interning with Performing Songwriter Magazine all summer. Hopefully this will turn into some sort of job after I graduate next May. For the time being, though, I will have to be working a part time job with full time hours, practically.
All of this could be a lot easier if I knew the results of the Yellow Pages Ad competiton. Luckily, they don’t keep you in the blue with their winners. They sent out an email stating that they will be judging May 7th and will announce the winners on May 9th on their website. Could be a $2500 grab if I win. And after seeing last year’s winners and the ones being submitted from my class, I think I have a legitimate shot. I can only hope, though.
Well, that concludes this today. Personal Selling exam tomorrow. Time to get around to studying.

This is the most recent project I am working on right now. It’s turned out pretty cool. It’s a magazine layout for a Chicago travel magazine. Some really cool pictures I found on Flickr by Paul Brakley.
I’m currently working on a package design for a project as well. As soon as I complete that, I will post some pictures on here for all to enjoy!
